In addition to the FAQs here, at the top of every screen on the Forum website you will see this Help button next to your name:

Clicking on the Help button takes you to the main Groups.io Help Center as shown here:

Groups.io has their own list of FAQs along with a full Members Manual.  If you click on the manual, you will see a long list, covering every feature in their system.  Below is a screenshot showing just the top half of the listing:
